01/ 30 may. 07: Irlanda / Ceramica Artistica / Artistic Ceramics

Irlanda Artés, Barcelona (1982). Cerámica artística. Cerámica realizada con la tecnica de serigrafiado. Conjunto de dos piezas.

Cuando la arcilla se convierte en cerámica y la cerámica en arte.
Cuando al manipularla, los objetos y formas cobran vida.

Los elementos se transforman (la fuerza de la tierra, la magia del fuego, la transparencia del agua...) y la naturaleza se acerca. La vida y el ser humano como fuente inagotable de expresión.
El modelado del barro como camino de creación -entre el misterio y la sorpresa-.

Cuando parte de nosotros habita en ella.

When the clay becomes ceramics and the ceramics in art.

Diferentes colores y estampados en seda, pintados a mano.

"La casita de mis sueños" A ver…en realidad esto es la fantasía del taller en el fin del mundo, donde están todas las raíces de todo lo plantado en otro tiempo y otro espacio, vestido de muchas formas y adornado con muchas cosas….un poco de color, un poco de soledad, un poco de creatividad, un poco de amor solo por el instante presente y sale un objeto que te puede quedar bonito, es un juego artístico y un pedacito de mi". A little bit of color, a bit of loneliness, a bit of creativity, a bit of love for the present instant and there goes out an object that you can looks nice, is an artistic game and a little piece of mine". Cuencos realizados en papel maché usando diferentes técnicas: "decaupage", cartapesta (papel engomado), pintura acrílica y de relieve, acabado con barniz marino brillante. Ligeros, coloridos y resistentes al paso del tiempo.
